As a large Government Agency, we have many disciplines and have enabled additional Training Administrators for each discipline. We have encountered situations where users have an assigned Organizational learning path, and we cannot remove the paths. We do not know who made the assignments, but if the organizational learning paths were either shared by all administrators, or we could select other administrators assignments to view and modify, we could manage any users assigned paths.
