Allow user flexibility to customize grading design in OpenSite designer.

Would like to be able to set proposed elevations and slopes on a proposed grading design. The grading solver is a good starting point but need more flexibility. Ie: Typically we submit to TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) to approve and confirm our design meets all ADA requirements. To make sure the accessible route meets ADA req., we need the ability to add spot elevations at ramp, landing locations, and along sidewalk's running slopes in the design process. Also, our topography here in south Texas is predominantly flat so our grading schemes in open parking lots have a series of highs and lows (kinda like bowl effect with grate inlet in the center), we can not have an entire parking sloped on grade as the flat slopes do not allow this. Have not been able to locate any commands to accommodate this approach either. Back in the day if I am not mistaken, site modeling had these options. Thank You.
