Currently the videos default setting for all training videos is to autoplay when selected, and the sound is muted, this requires the user to quickly unmute the video before missing parts of the content.

I believe it would be much easier if the video did not autoplay and the sound wasn't muted.

The ability to start the next video in the series from the webplayer without having to go back to the training list would save time and encourage quicker progression.

The resolution of the videos is very poor and causes eye strain and headaches when reviewing multiple lectures, improving the resolution to at least 1080p would be much better, especially to be able to read text within dialog boxes during the courses.
